Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive the item to request its return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged, no returns will be accepted for taste or personal issues.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
