Orders are processed within 24 hours of order completion

Delivery is in 1 or 2 working days from the date of order completion in Italy and in 5 working days in Europe.

Timelines may vary during high volume sales seasons. If shipping is delayed, you will be notified and an estimated shipping date will be forwarded to you.

We provide a tracking code to follow the progress of your shipment: this code is sent automatically by email or sms when the order is processed, in case you do not receive it please contact us by providing your order number, within 24 working hours you will be contacted.
